Home School Chef Vol 2 Part 2

Chef Sung Uni provides cooking tips and instruction while preparing ethnically inspired dishes for a dinner party. Menu consists of thinly sliced beef wrapped in lettuce tortilla with herbs and a sesame dipping sauce, kambocha squash with dukka, tofu topped with shitake mushrooms, kale salad, spicy bean sprout and rice noodle soup, and fun appetizers.
